Shipping & Returns
All goods are to be shipped using Gatwick Distribution’s preferred shipping method, Australia Post. Should you wish to have your goods dispatched in a different manner please kindly indicate this in the comments section during your check out process. Please be aware that using couriers other than Australia Post will result in additional charges and may result in your order being delayed.
We would like to inform you that there are no freight charges indicated when going through the check out procedure. This is due to the fact that we will always try to use the cheapest method of freight for your goods and this requires user intervention. These freight charges will be included in your final invoice.
Handmade goods will show slight variations in size, shape and/or colour.
Whilst every effort is made to safely and securely package your goods breakages may still occur due to the nature of the products that we sell. In the event that you receive goods in an unsatisfactory condition please kindly notify us in writing within seven (7) days or Gatwick Distribution shall be released from any such claims.
Please note that no goods are to be returned to us without prior authorisation by Gatwick Distribution. Any agreed returns must be in the same condition as supplied and in the unit quantity and packaging as supplied. All agreed returns are at Gatwick Distribution’s discretion, and shall be subject to a 15% restocking charge, once again at Gatwick Distribution’s discretion.
